Terms of service.
Your photos stay yours
You keep every right to the photos you upload. You give us permission only to print, pack and ship them as part of your order. We never sell them or use them in advertising without asking you first. See our photo privacy promise.
What you upload
By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it, and that it isn't unlawful or someone else's copyrighted work. We may decline to print anything illegal or harmful.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the pack price plus shipping and any tax calculated at checkout. Payment is taken securely by our payment processor; we never see or store your card details. Orders can be changed or canceled before printing begins.
Subscriptions
Magnet plans renew automatically at the cadence you choose. You can change, skip, pause or cancel any time from your account — changes take effect at the end of the cycle you've already paid for.
Reprints
Every magnet is custom made from your own photo, so we can't resell it and we don't offer refunds. Instead, anything damaged, wrong or faulty is reprinted free when you tell us within 7 days of delivery. See returns & reprints.
